Most pet owners want the peace of mind that in the unlikely event that their pet is lost or injured, there is a quick and easy way of locating them.
Working with some of the world's leading location tracking hardware manufacturers LocateMyThings has developed a simple and effective pet tracking solution using the very latest tracking technology.
A unique add-on feature of the LocateMyThings system is the vicinity alert system. The vicinity system can be used with 2 tracking units or with static locations such as a home, cattery, kennels or friends house - when the device is within or near the location you can setup the system to alert you via email or SMS message so as your pet is nearing home, you can be ready to open the door!
You can even geofence an area. This means you can set your back garden as an acceptable place for your pet to be and if they wander outside of that area, you can receive a text message alert notifying you that the geofence boundary has been breached. You can then act quickly and accordingly.
